Six hundred patients were seen free of cost during the month of September at Al Burooj Medical Centre Orangi. 400 patients were given free nebulization for asthma.Rs 17000/ worth of medicines were given to the nonaffording ones during the month of September 2012. In the month of August 2012, 26 normal deliveries were held and 12 c.sections were performed by the gynecologist. Babies and mothers are in good health. 152 cases of asthma were given free nebulization and 200 patients were given treatment at nominal cost. Rs 5000/ worth of medicines were given free of cost to needy ones from 11 August 2012 to 31 August 2012.Three hundred patients who came for follow up were given free consultation by the pediatrician. Rs 80000/ worth of Zakat was distributed among the poor and needy people on 10 August 2012 at Al Burooj Medical Center. Rs 10.000/ worth of Medicines were given free of cost to needy ones from 1st August to 10 th August 2012. One normal delivery was performed by gynecologist free of cost. Rs five thousand worth of medicines were given to needy patients from 1st June 2012 to 15 June 2012. Rs seven thousand worth of Medicines were given to needy patients from 16 May2012 to 31 May 2012. 14patients have been provided free consultation on 19 May 2012. Rs ten thousand worth of medicines were given free of cost to needy ones from 1st May 2012 to 15 May 2012 Ten C .sections were done by the gynecologist and 11 normal deliveries took place in the month of April 2012. One baby was referred to the tertiary hospital for neonatal care in the nursery. Rs 4000/ worth of medicines were provided to poor patients of orangi town Karachi from 21st April2012 to 29th April 2012. Rs 10000/ worth of medicines were given free of cost to needy ones from Ist April 2012 to 20th April 2012. Rs 17000/ worth of medicines were given to the needy patients. Scores of patients were given free treatment during the month of March 2012. Two hundred asthmatic patients were given free nebulization during the month of March 2012 A female patient came with high blood pressure on 27th March 2012. ECG was done she was having heart attack, first aid was provided and she was referred to the cardiac hospital for admission and treatment. C.section was performed by the gynecologist on 18th March 2012. Mother and baby are in good health. Rs 10,000/ worth of medicines were given to needy patients from 1st March to 15th March 2012. In the month of February 2012, we have donated a total of Rs. 100,000 to different needy people. We have given Rs 6500/ to needy patients for their medicines and education on 5th January 2012. We have provided free medicines worth Rs 15000/ to needy patients from the Pharmacy of Al Burooj Medical Centre during the month of December 2011. At Al Burooj Medical Centre we have treated (free of cost) scores of patients and Rs 150,000 worth of medicines were given to non affording ones from November 2010 to October 2011. In the month of Ramadan Zakat worth Rs 75000/ was distributed to poor and needy ones. In the month of October 2011, scores of asthmatic patients were given free nebulization and c.section and normal deliveries were held at very nominal cost. In the month of October 2010, ten c.sections were done by the gynecologist at sector 5 orangi town. 15 normal deliveries took place at the above center. As we have shifted OPD at sector 4 orangi town we are looking after non affording patients there. Medicines worth Rs 8000. were given to poor patients. All asthmatic patients are given free nebulization and ECG is being done at the nominal cost of Rs 50/ per patient with report and consultation. Zakat worth Rs 70,000/ was distributed during the month of Ramadan at Al Burooj Medical Center sector 4 Orangi town.
